Ownership/Management:

TROON INC.’s, owner, Ray Garcia has over 35+ years of development and construction management experience with successfully completing 150+ projects. Ray Garcia’s extensive experience and professional management skills created TROON to be recognized by the famed INC 500 as an Honoree for one of the fastest growing privately held companies in 2007 and 2008.

Our entire team extensive supervisory, management and ownership experience which includes development services, contract negotiations, subcontractor coordination, operations, field supervision, estimating and quality control.
